Refund Policy

Because this is a digital download product with instant file access, voluntary refunds are generally not offered once the files have been delivered or downloaded, except where the customer is exercising a valid 14-day right of withdrawal. That right only applies to orders that were not accompanied by the express instant-delivery consent described on the Terms of Service page.

The Emergency Binder & Important Documents Organizer is delivered as digital files. No physical item is shipped. Once digital access has been provided, the product cannot be returned like a physical item.

As a commercial courtesy, we may review refund requests in limited cases, such as duplicate orders, technical delivery issues that cannot be resolved, or cases where the delivered product is materially different from the product description.

If you have trouble accessing, opening, downloading, or using the files, please contact support first. We will try to help resolve the issue before reviewing any refund request.

Refunds are generally not provided because the customer changed their mind, did not read the product description, expected a physical product, no longer needs the product, or is unfamiliar with Canva, PowerPoint, PDF software, or printing tools.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law. In particular, you may have a right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Code (Articles 52 and following). This right applies only when the instant-delivery consent described on the Terms of Service page was not given. Where it applies, you may exercise it by contacting support@prodotti-digitali.net within 14 days of the order.
