Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the purchase and use of the Emergency Binder & Important Documents Organizer sold by PD Studio.

You are purchasing a digital download product. No physical item will be shipped. The product includes digital files such as printable PDF, fillable PDF, editable PPTX, guides, dividers, and related support files.

After purchase, you will receive access to download the product files. It is your responsibility to download and store your files safely.

This product is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. It is delivered electronically as downloadable files rather than as a physical item.

Before completing checkout, you are asked to expressly confirm, through a dedicated checkbox that is separate from any marketing opt-in, that you request immediate delivery of the digital content before the end of the standard 14-day withdrawal period, and that you acknowledge you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins. The date and time of this consent are recorded together with your order.

This exemption is based on Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), implementing Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which applies to digital content whose delivery has started with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Where this consent has been validly given and recorded, no right of withdrawal applies to that order. Accordingly, no digital withdrawal function is required for that order under Article 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code (introduced by Legislative Decree 209/2025, implementing EU Directive 2023/2673), since that provision only governs contracts for which a right of withdrawal exists.

If an order is not accompanied by a valid record of this consent, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies instead. Please see the Refund Policy for how it works.

Your purchase grants you a personal-use license. You may use the files for your own household, family, or personal organization.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, publish, give away, sublicense, or claim the product files as your own. You may not use the included PPTX as a public Canva template or sell edited versions of the product.

The included PPTX file is provided for personal customization only. You may import it into Canva or edit it in PowerPoint for your own personal use.

This product is for personal organization only. It is not legal, medical, financial, safety, emergency, or professional advice. It does not replace professional guidance, emergency services, legal documents, medical records, or financial planning.

You are responsible for reviewing, completing, updating, printing, storing, and using the binder appropriately. PD Studio is not responsible for outdated, incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrectly stored information entered by the customer.

The product is provided in commonly used digital formats. For the best experience with fillable PDF files, customers should use Adobe Acrobat Reader. Canva and PowerPoint behavior may vary depending on device, account, browser, and software version.

The product design, structure, templates, copy, files, and brand elements remain the intellectual property of PD Studio. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the original product.

Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy.
